Responsibilities
Managing purchase ledger from goods received through to invoice processing
Preparing and completing monthly supplier payment runs
Credit card reconciliations across multiple cards and supporting cashflow forecasting
Processing weekly contractor payroll and monthly salaried payroll
Submitting PAYE, CIS and quarterly VAT returns
Maintaining pension records and resolving supplier queries
The Ideal Candidate
Comfortable working across purchase ledger, payroll and reconciliations
Confident using Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll
Organised, accurate and able to manage deadlines without pressure
Happy working in a hands-on, all-round accounts role
Enjoys being part of a small, experienced team
