Requirements
Must have:
- Must have an Active SC or DV Clearance (willing to go through DV Clearance if currently SC) - Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and Deep experience with Active Directory and Group Policy design and support - Experience with Microsoft HyperV and VMware NSX virtualization - Knowledge of Skype for Business and Exchange 2012 or Good understanding of network design principles, firewalls, and WAN protocols - Experience with McAfee AV and ePolicy Orchestrator - Strong PowerShell and scripting capability
Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams across distributed environments - Support live systems through structured change implementation and technical problem resolution - Review and create Low Level Designs, build documentation, and Knowledge Base Articles - Deliver knowledge transfer to customer teams - Contribute to ongoing service improvement - Support virtualized and secure infrastructure components within a complex estate
