Our Business Services Team is seeking a Head of Talent | Business Services Manager to play a pivotal role in our continued success, providing high-quality business advice and accounting services to clients, while assisting them to develop their respective portfolios. Leading the team, you will facilitate on-the-job training for team members to build their knowledge of different client types whilst supporting them to gain exposure to all aspects of the business services service line.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Play a key role in the management team, contributing to the delivery of service line targets and overall business success
* Identify complex client challenges and lead the development of practical, value-driven solutions through collaborative team expertise
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, pitching for business, and preparing tender proposals
* Foster a high-performing, supportive team environment by ensuring team members have the skills, resources, and guidance needed to excel
* Lead on performance management, including conducting reviews, setting clear objectives, and promoting a culture of fairness, diversity, and inclusion
* Champion continuous professional development and create clear career pathways to help team members reach their potential
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Project management
* Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365
* Experience managing large, and complex clients
* Strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
* Interpersonal and people management skills
* Project management skills and familiarity with accounting software
* ACA or ACCA qualified or a minimum of five years’ experience
