We are recruiting on behalf of a respected groundworks and civil engineering contractor, who are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a busy commercial project. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership skills to play a key role in delivering high-quality work on time and to budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Supervise groundworks activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
* Manage site labour and subcontractors, allocating work effectively.
* Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
* Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance.
* Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company standards.
* Support toolbox talks, inductions, and risk assessments.
