Please note that the 22.5 hours must be worked as 3 x 7 .5 hours shifts of 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday on a rota basis. Closed Sundays and bank holidays and no evening work.
Clearwell Mobility is the South East's leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able. Established in 2004 we have 11 showrooms and are now recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager at our TUNBRIDGE WELLS branch.

What you'll be doing:
Leading by example and confident working, our Assistant Shop Managers contribute towards the success of their stores by:
* Assist customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
* Ensuring highest standard of customer service
* Process customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
* Leading, inspiring and motivating the small team by managing the store when the Manager is not around; Assistant Shop Managers really are our Shop Managers' right-hand person
* Maintain the appearance of the showroom including merchandising
