The Role: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Technical Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise digital transformation and Salesforce implementation oversight. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-visibility initiatives that modernize business operations through technology. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level digital transformation programs, aligning project outcomes with business objectives. Oversee Salesforce CRM implementations and integrations, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into technical solutions. Collaborate with key business units and stakeholders to define scope, prioritize features, and develop transformation roadmaps. Manage multiple workstreams, including change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure successful alignment between IT, business, and external vendors across project lifecycles. Deliver KPI- and CSF-driven reporting, surfacing risks and driving proactive mitigation strategies. Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, operations, and leadership. Requirements: 8 years of technical project management experience, with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud preferred). Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integration, and business process redesign. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Must be available to work in-office 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments. Familiarity with customer journey optimization and data-driven transformation strategies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
