What you’ll do
You’ll use your skills in data analysis to identify trends and turn them into meaningful insights. You’ll change what a range carries by combining historical data, range and space expertise, market insights, and category knowledge with a category’s commercial strategy. This will help you spot range opportunities and offers that customers want.
You will manage events for the range and support the Range Analyst with key initiatives across functions. Additionally, you’ll act as a business partner with stakeholders to project manage ranging and merchandising within their area.
Who you are
Analytical with project management experience, you’ll have a good understanding of merchandising principles and how to apply them. You’ll be adept at data analysis and spotting trends, and comfortable handling multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders.
Your product, market, and consumer knowledge will be key, helping you make decisions even when there are conflicting demands. You’ll be able to build a network across the business and have the confidence to present a clear, convincing point of view. Lastly, you’ll be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to try various approaches until you find what works.
