Position Overview
Job Purpose: Responsible for end-to-end creative planning, brand implementation, and elevation strategies to maximize sales and profit across two stores at Bicester Centre. Manage, train, and upskill the Brand Image team within Bicester, ensuring the visual strategy aligns with Ralph Lauren's ethos, regional visual strategy, and supports long-term growth and profitability. Protect and enhance the Ralph Lauren brand image both internally and externally. Reports to the Senior Brand Image Manager and must be able to travel regularly to Bicester Village.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Elevation:
* Deliver best-in-class creative execution aligned with the EMEA BI strategy, continuously raising standards at the flagship location.
* Enhance the customer journey, balancing magic and logic while considering local market and landlord implications.
* Protect brand equity within the center and externally among stakeholders.
Project Management:
* Collaborate cross-functionally, keeping stakeholders informed of changes.
* Partner proactively with buying, planning, allocations, and creative teams regarding seasonal information.
* Define seasonal project objectives and develop roadmaps for BI implementation.
* Build and nurture relationships with retail and corporate teams, landlords, and creative partners.
* Identify project challenges, escalate risks, and provide insights for improvements.
Business Development:
* Conduct commercial walkthroughs, identify brand-appropriate opportunities, and maintain strategic balance.
* Build trusted partnerships with the Bicester team and understand seasonal buy strategies, KPIs, and market dynamics.
* Understand store P&L, space planning metrics, and regional opportunities to drive sales and space efficiency.
Leadership:
* Set clear goals, inspire the team, and foster a creative, passionate work environment.
* Develop leadership skills, create personal development plans, and serve as a role model aligned with RL values.
* Build effective relationships across departments and conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and team meetings.
* Manage regional T&E budget in partnership with the line manager.
Communication:
* Establish effective communication channels among cross-functional partners.
* Report monthly SVR performance, model RL values, and create a psychologically safe environment.
* Support training and upskilling initiatives, resolve issues promptly.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* At least 5 strategic cycles leading regional/area visual teams.
* Ability to work with agility under time pressure.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder management.
* Capacity to manage multiple projects strategically and travel as needed, including evenings and night shifts.
