Overview
This is a forward-facing, front-line, customer service role, working 37.5 hours per week, term time, plus eight weeks (42 weeks).

The primary purpose of the role is to be front of office and support the administration of the admissions process from parents' initial enquiry through to the pupils' entry to the school. The Admissions Administrative Assistant works collaboratively within this busy and fast-paced team to deliver a high quality of customer service and administrative support. The Admissions Administrative Assistant helps to ensure that the admissions cycle is efficient and effective at all entry points into the school: 7+, 11+, 16+ and occasional places. This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication and collaboration with academic staff, support staff, pupils and families.
Responsibilities
* Be front of office and support the administration of the admissions process from initial enquiry to pupil entry.
* Collaborate with academic staff, support staff, pupils and families in a busy admissions environment.
* Ensure the admissions cycle is efficient and effective at all entry points (7+, 11+, 16+, occasional places).
* Provide high quality customer service and administrative support.
Qualifications and Requirements
* All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS, online checks and receipt of two satisfactory references.

Salary and Benefits
Salary is £31,425 (actual), which equates to a full-time salary of £33,581.
