Business Development Manger

Our client are finance professionals with service their No.1 priority. Regulated by the FCA they are looking to add an additional Business Development Manager to their already successful team.
Main responsibilities:
* First point of contact for introducers
* Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings for the divisional director
* Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
* Research and build relationships with new clients.
* Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms
* Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
* Attend and contribute to sales meetings
* Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
* Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Requirements:
1. Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to 'win’ new business.
