Senior Associate Employment Solicitor
Our client is seeking a talented mid-senior level Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE to join its entrepreneurial and highly ranked team.
With four offices nationwide and a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranking for employment work, the firm offers high-quality matters, early responsibility and strong career progression.
Role Overview
You will work alongside senior executives, partners and managers on:
* Grievances, disciplinary issues, performance management, unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
* Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves
* Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
The role also involves supporting junior lawyers as a role model and trusted adviser.
Clients & Work
The firm's employer clients include leading brands in tech, retail, pharma and financial services. Work will cover:
* Day-to-day employment law advice
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures
* Strategic HR and management support
* Reorganisations, TUPE matters and business transfers
Alongside its specialist employment practice, the firm also advises on corporate law, business immigration, and pensions, providing opportunities for broader cross-departmental exposure.
