You’ll support on a mix of investment and development matters, landlord and tenant work, and property management, with strong training, early responsibility and clear scope to develop into a well-rounded real estate lawyer. Support the sale and purchase of investment property and portfolio transactions Advise on investment and property management matters Work on landlord and tenant matters and wider commercial property issues Assist with development and regeneration projects Provide support on the real estate aspects of wider corporate transactions Draft clear, legally effective documents and manage matters efficiently Build client relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support senior lawyers on complex transactions About You Essential Qualified solicitor in England and Wales At least 1 years’ PQE in commercial real estate Strong technical knowledge of commercial property and landlord and tenant law Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions Good drafting skills and strong attention to detail Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach Enthusiastic about learning, development and taking on responsibility Desirable Experience supporting investment acquisitions and disposals Experience with portfolio transactions Experience with property management work Experience supporting developers and occupiers Experience with development and regeneration projects Experience supporting corporate transactions with a real estate element What’s On Offer Salary of £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus Bonus scheme High-quality transactional real estate work with early responsibility Supportive environment with strong training and development Mentoring, coaching and structured learning opportunities Clear progression pathway Collaborative culture and access to wider full-service support About Our Client Our client is a large, full-service law firm with a strong real estate practice and a collaborative culture.
