The Opportunity
You will work on a broad range of private client family matters, with a core emphasis on complex financial remedies work.
The caseload is likely to include:
* High-value divorce and financial remedy proceedings
* Matters involving trusts, business assets and private investment structures
* International and multi-jurisdictional family disputes
* Private FDRs, negotiated settlements and High Court proceedings
* Working alongside counsel, forensic accountants and private client advisers
This role offers significant client exposure and the autonomy to manage your own matters while working closely with recognised specialists in the field.

Candidate Requirements
* 5+ PQE within private client family law
* Strong experience handling financial remedies matters
