They are seeking a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Your New Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and a proactive, result-driven attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with clients’ in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing active caseloads and adhering to delivery processes.
* Inputting and managing data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contributing to service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed
Essential Criteria:
* Adaptability, authenticity, accountability, and values-driven approach.
* Leadership qualities and team spirit.
* Legal qualification with a Law Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors.
* In-house legal experience.
