Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard who is also pool plant trained and certificated who is confident in ensurint the safety of all guests in an aquatic facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to provide excellent guest services. As a Lifeguard who is pool plant certificated, you will monitor pool activities, pool water quality, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies with confidence and efficiency. You will be expected to open and close the pool daily.
This is a live in role for 4 weeks, shared accomodation provided. Please only apply if you hold both the Pool Plant qualification and are a qualifieed Lifeguard.

Responsibilities
* Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons
* Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
* Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations
* Assist with pool maintenance tasks including cleaning and chemical balancing
* Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards
* Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and assisting patrons
* Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, documenting actions taken
* Participate in regular training sessions to maintain lifeguard certifications
Skills
* Proficient in swimming with strong water rescue skills
* Previous lifeguard experience preferred but not mandatory
* Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for pool maintenance tasks
* Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is a plus
* Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction
* Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert at all times
* Pool Plant qualification Required

Contract length: 1 month
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
