Responsibilities:
1. Defining Program Objectives: Establish and align program goals with the organization's strategic objectives.
2. Planning: Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
4. Project Management: Ensure that individual projects within the program are executed successfully by Project Managers or Team Leads.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from different departments (engineering, marketing, operations, etc.) to coordinate efforts.
6. Resource Management: Ensure that the program has the necessary resources (personnel, budget, tools) and manage their distribution effectively.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for all key stakeholders (internal and external).
8. Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on program status, milestones, risks, and achievements through reports or meetings.
9. Expectation Management: Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and program outcomes, often acting as a liaison to manage conflicts or challenges.
10. Budgeting: Develop and manage the program’s budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are appropriately allocated.
11. Financial Tracking: Monitor program expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
12. Program Performance: Track the progress and quality of the program’s execution, ensuring it stays on schedule and within scope.
13. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
14. Issue Resolution: Address challenges that arise during program execution, such as delays, resource shortages, or scope changes.
15. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
16. Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts or disagreements within teams and among stakeholders.
17. Final Deliverables: Ensure that the final program deliverables meet the required standards and objectives.
18. Post-Program Evaluation: Conduct post-program reviews to assess performance, learnings, and outcomes to improve future program management efforts.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
25. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
26. 3-5 years of experience in Program management/Program delivery
27. 3-5 years of experience in information technology/technical environment
28. In-depth knowledge of Program and Project Management methods and Principles
29. Previous experience of working in controlled & regulated/manufacturing environments essential
30. Experience in Operational Technology environment preferred
31. In-depth experience of agile delivery methods essential
32. Previous experience of working in Cyber Security preferred
