As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our client-facing operations, learning the foundations of account management while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with queries and ensuring they receive the best service possible.
* Information Gathering: Chase and collect outstanding documentation from clients to assist in service completion.
* Customer Support: Provide clear, professional, and friendly support to clients, helping them understand timelines, requirements, and processes.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients, contributing to business growth.
