Director Project Finance Advisory – Infrastructure & Renewables (m/f/d)

For an international, fast-growing and highly reputable boutique consultancy, we are seeking a Director Project Finance Advisory – Infrastructure & Renewables (m/f/d) to start at the earliest possible date. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding the Project Finance service line in the United Kingdom.
Your Responsibilities
As Director Project Finance Advisory – Infrastructure & Renewables (m/f/d), you will take a leading role in building and scaling the Project Finance service line in the UK. You will work closely with the German Project Finance team, which currently supports and manages the UK business.
Your tasks include:
* Advising on transactions in the infrastructure, energy, and renewable energy sectors, working with national and international project developers, private equity firms, and infrastructure funds.
* Shaping energy transition
* Generating new business opportunities through your established professional network, as well as leveraging the firm’s existing client relationships, with a strong focus on the UK market.
* Collaborating closely with the Project Finance team in Germany and receiving ongoing support from them.
* Contributing to cross-border projects alongside international project teams.
* Building and developing a dedicated team at the London office as the business grows.
Your Profile
* A successfully completed university degree in business, economics, or a related field—ideally with a focus on infrastructure or renewable energy.
* Extensive experience in structuring and executing infrastructure or renewable energy transactions gained at a consultancy, investor, or financial institution.
* A strong, active, and relevant professional network in London and/or the broader UK market.
* Excellent English skills and a proactive, hands-on working style.
* A charismatic personality with strong entrepreneurial drive, enthusiasm for shaping and building a business, and the ability to inspire others.
