This is an exciting opportunity offering involvement from acquisition through to completion on a diverse range of developments.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with the development, design, and delivery teams to ensure projects are commercially robust and delivered to the highest standards. You will play a key part in shaping the financial success of new housing and mixed-use schemes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cost planning, procurement, and financial control across multiple schemes
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, development budgets, and feasibility studies
* Manage tender processes and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
* Track project progress, variations, and valuations
* Provide commercial advice throughout the design and construction phases
* Support value engineering and investment decision-making
* Produce clear cost reports for senior stakeholders
About You
* 3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (developer, contractor, or consultancy background)
* Strong understanding of residential construction and cost management
* Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver on value
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident managing multiple live projects
