Summary
As an after school Play Worker at Premier Education, you will play a vital role in delivering fun and engaging activities for children during wap around care. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about promoting physical activity and fostering a love for sports among young learners. Hours are 3.15pm-5.30pm. ( Some am hours maybe available)
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging play activities that promote physical development and teamwork.
* Supervise children during playtime to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Encourage participation in various sports and games, fostering a positive environment.
* Provide support to children in developing their social skills through cooperative play.
* Communicate effectively with teachers and parents regarding children's progress and activities.
Requirements
* Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity.
* Experience in a coaching or educational role is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively.
* Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
* A minimum level 2 in Early years or Education required.
