Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to ensure the successful delivery of services in a financially sustainable and operationally efficient manner. This role requires a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with clients and residents. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of a high-performing contract, ensuring all services meet or exceed client expectations. * Take full responsibility for managing and motivating both directly employed staff and subcontractors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and resident groups. * Oversee project progress, ensuring all works are completed to the required specifications and standards. * Promote and enforce high standards in health, safety, quality, and environmental practices. * Manage and support a team including Supervisors, Administrators, and Resident Liaison Officers. * Oversee recruitment, training, development, and retention of team members. Requirements * Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance at all levels. * In-depth understanding of contract management principles and best practices. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a busy, varied workload. * Must hold a clean DBS certificate. * Full UK Driving Licence required. Salary: £55,000 car allowance
