Are you a proactive, people‑focused Customer Service professional who loves solving problems and creating great customer experiences? We’re supporting a growing organisation in Harlow as they expand their customer support function, and they’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, varied role.
This is an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries with professionalism, empathy and confidence. You’ll work across phone and email channels, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key role in improving processes and shaping the customer journey.
The role
As Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high‑quality service across all customer touchpoints. Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Responding to queries with clarity, empathy and a solutions‑focused mindset
* Investigating issues to understand root causes and providing effective resolutions
* Reviewing and improving customer service processes to enhance the overall experience
* Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries and support long‑term solutions
* Maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes
* Staying up to date with product information and company policies
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

About you
