The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, following the guidance of the person supported and their support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records as required and may be asked to administer personal care and medication.
Sleep-in sessions are part of the role, with an additional payment of GBP 60 per sleep-in.
The organisation operates supported living services in Conwy, Denbighshire, and Wrexham, offering person-centred support in people's own homes, available 24 hours a day.
Support is provided in a range of properties, each with their own bedroom that residents can personalise, creating a homely environment.
