Are you a dedicated and compassionate GP looking to thrive in a supportive, patient-centred environment? DHU Healthcare is seeking experienced General Practitioners to join our committed multidisciplinary team at Eyam & Bradwell Surgeries, delivering exceptional care to our Derbyshire Dales community. The post is available to join our fantastic team for 3 sessions per week (two sessions on a Friday, one other TBC) with the opportunity for a 4th session to be used flexibly to suit both the practice and the GP.
The main site is in the village of Eyam, in the heart of the Peak District with the branch site located in nearby Bradwell.

Training practice for medical students and ST2 doctors.
MDT meetings every week, opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities
Clinical team includes: 1 lead GP, 3 part time salaried GPs, 1 nurse practitioner and community matron, 1 practice nurse, 2 HCAs and Care Coordinators, PCN pharmacy support. We also host a physiotherapist and citizens advice.

Competitive Salary: £94,500 plus depending on additional responsibilities, Commensurate with experience and role, plus enhancements where applicable

What Your Typical Day Looks Like:
Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a Primary Care setting
Managing a mix of pre-booked and on-the-day appointments, supported by a strong admin and clinical team
Collaborating with pharmacists, paramedics, and mental health specialists
Actively participating in clinical meetings and service development
Leveraging digital systems to reduce admin and maximise time with patients
Pursuing clinical interests (e.g., minor surgery, women’s health, health inequalities)
Contributing to quality improvement, governance, and safeguarding initiatives
To Be a Successful General Practitioner You’ll Need:
MRCGP or equivalent
Full GMC Registration with a valid Licence to Practise
Inclusion on a Performer’s List
Experience in Primary Care
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical governance
Enthusiasm for mentoring and collaborative care
