We’re seeking an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the heart of Preston. This is a full-time class teacher position within the Reception cohort, ideal for someone who is passionate about early learning and creating a nurturing start to children’s educational journey.
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
* Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Contribute to planning, assessment, and wider school life
* Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
* Experience teaching within the EYFS is essential
* Strong understanding of EYFS principles and child development
* QTS required – both ECTs and experienced teachers encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
