Team Leader - Personal Injury - Claimant — Salary: Up to £32,000
TSR Legal are working in partnership with a well-regarded law firm in Bristol who are looking to appoint an experienced MOJ Supervisor / Team Leader to join their Claimant Personal Injury department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or manager to take the next step in their career, overseeing a team handling MOJ non-motor personal injury claims. You will play a key role in supervising, mentoring and supporting case handlers, while ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day supervision of a team of claimant personal injury case handlers
* Providing technical guidance and support on MOJ portal claims
* Conducting file reviews and assisting with case planning
* Managing team performance against SLAs and KPIs
* Delivering training, coaching and ongoing development
* Carrying out 1-2-1s and performance appraisals
* Overseeing team correspondence including email and post supervision
About You
* Strong knowledge of MOJ personal injury claims and experience using the MOJ portal
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a PI environment
* Non-motor PI experience is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and drive team performance
* Proactive approach with the confidence to support and develop others
