We’re a bold, fast-growing B2C eCommerce brand known for our creative campaigns, strong digital presence, and proudly LGBTQ+ inclusive culture. We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge across Meta and TikTok Ads, drive acquisition, and take paid performance to the next level.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s both strategic and tactical — someone who thrives in paid platforms and knows what makes people click and convert.
The Role
* Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns end-to-end.
* Scale performance using a mix of audience testing, creative iteration and smart targeting.
* Collaborate with in-house creatives to produce scroll-stopping content that drives ROI.
* Report daily, weekly, and monthly on campaign performance and key growth KPIs.
* Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager to inform decisions.
* Support in wider digital strategy, from SEO and email to website optimisation and retention.
* Contribute to building out a growing team and testing new channels and innovations.
What You’ll Need
* 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience running Meta & TikTok Ads with strong results.
* Comfortable managing and scaling ad budgets to hit performance targets.
* Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
* Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
* A keen eye for performance creative and trends on social.
* Confidence to take full ownership of paid channels and test ideas independently.
* A collaborative, open-minded approach — and comfort working in a highly LGBTQ+ friendly team.
