Your Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee children's swimming lessons.
* Maximize occupancy and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
* Lead by example and inspire others with your dedication to swimming.
What We’re Looking For
* A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
* A genuine passion for fitness and swimming.
* A commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
* Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
* A collaborative team player eager to share knowledge and best practices.
