The Role This role ensures accurate, governed and high-quality master data across enterprise systems including SAP, DEVEX, Esko, Vega and Blue Planner. You will collaborate across digital, GCC and business teams to optimize processes and support global data initiatives. Own Master Data: Drive maintenance and updation of material, vendor, and customer records across SAP, DEVEX, Esko, Vega, and Blue planner, etc.
Drive Optimization: Act as the go to expert for MDM systems, partnering with Digital, GCC and business teams to automate and simplify workflows.
Champion Governance: Define data ownership, enforce standards, monitor SLAs, initiate data cleansing, and deliver clear reporting on data quality KPIs.
Enable Growth: Support integrations, simplifications, configure dashboards, and onboard colleagues with training and guidance.
Innovate Continuously: Spot process gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to system upgrades and global/local initiatives. Your Responsibilities (Up to 10, Avoid repetition) Own and maintain master data across platforms.
Act as go-to expert for MDM systems and workflow optimization.
Define governance, enforce standards, monitor SLAs.
Deliver reporting on data quality KPIs.
Support integrations, simplifications and dashboards.
Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Accountability for data integrity and governance compliance. Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10, Avoid repetition) Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
Hands on experience with Master Data Management and SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA systems.
Strong technical skills in workflow tools (WinShuttle, SharePoint) and reporting platforms (Power BI, Snowflake).
Advanced Excel skills youll be the teams spreadsheet wizard.
Excellent English communication skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving mindset. Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience (As applicable) Experience in global data governance.
Exposure to CPG processes.
