Compliance Support Officer – National Oceanography Centre
Location: Southampton or Liverpool – the role can be based at either site. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with up to two days per week from home.
Type: Full Time (37 hours per week) – Permanent. Salary: £35,151 – £38,662. Closing Date: 02/06/2026.
About The Role
The Compliance Support Officer reports to the Senior Internal Audit and Compliance Officer and supports the delivery of day‑to‑day compliance activities. Key duties include: monitoring and ensuring organisational compliance; acting as the primary point of contact for staff queries; overseeing mandatory compliance obligations; supporting policy and audit compliance; and keeping staff informed of legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.
