You will benefit from comprehensive Bupa medical cover for you and your family, along with the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 15% based on both business performance and the achievement of personal objectives. The organisation offers a strong pension scheme with 6% employer contribution, as well as 33 days' annual leave, supporting a positive work-life balance. In addition, you will have access to a new salary-sacrifice electric car scheme, available following completion of your probation period. Beyond the financial package, you will join a forward thinking environment that values leadership, growth and continuous improvement, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact and shape the long term direction of the Stores & Logistics function.
