A dedicated Graduate Development Manager will be your guide, providing support and ensuring you're on the right track. Our learning approach goes beyond traditional on-the-job training with a blend of technical and behavioural training, learning from peers and experienced professionals. Kickstart your Valuation career with our comprehensive Graduate scheme. Designed specifically for graduates, this programme is up to 24 months long and provides you with the opportunity to work with market leaders and specialists in the Plant & Equipment Valuation field who will share invaluable knowledge and experience with you. As part of our Real Estate department, you\'ll spend 24 months immersed within our Valuation team, gaining hands-on experience, including exposure to Red Book valuations for financial and insurance purposes, working across a variety of asset classes and sectors across the UK and EMEA with travel opportunities.


What You\'ll Do

* As a Graduate Valuation Surveyor within our Plant & Equipment team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
* Conducting asset inspections and undertaking surveys.
* Preparing detailed valuation reports.
* Assisting with the preparation of replacement cost assessments.
* Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
* Supporting wider CBRE valuation team on projects. Sector Exposure: broadening knowledge across infrastructure, advisory, defence, energy and natural resources, while developing commercial, strategic and analytical advisory skills.
* Client and Team Engagement: working with colleagues and clients to drive positive social and environmental change, encourage innovation and create a sustainable energy future.
* Tailored Development: a personalised training plan to grow skills and knowledge with tools to track progress.
* Access to Consult+: AMCL\'s framework for consulting excellence to support your development.
* Technical Training: access to our Technical Training Academy and AMCL University to deepen professional expertise and prepare for future challenges.

* Security and Compliance: for Defence roles, Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance may be required; this process begins after offer acceptance. SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.


Qualifications & Attributes

* Academic Credentials: studying an RICS-accredited degree or master conversion in Real Estate (minimum 2:1). Non-cognate students in Maths, Economics, Finance, Tax, Business Studies, or Legal may also apply (minimum 2:1).
* Non-cognate pathway: APC will be completed within the 2-year timeframe; a part-time RICS-accredited Masters may be completed during the programme, funded by CBRE.
* Technical Acumen: genuine interest in real estate and the built environment, with an interest in the mechanical workings of a site or plant.
* Essential Skills: exceptional verbal and written communication, ability to work independently and in a team, proactive and detail-oriented approach, strong work ethic and initiative.
