Job Title: Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain financial models and business plans for investment appraisals, financing/refinancing initiatives, and forecasting.
* Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to produce insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership.
* Prepare financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
* Create and deliver presentations for banks and other key stakeholders.
* Build and refine business models to monitor and report on performance.
* Mentor and support junior team members, reviewing their work and guiding their development.
* Assist with various Corporate Finance tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (minimum part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
* Demonstrated experience in finance, ideally within manufacturing environments.
* Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Familiarity with financial planning and group accounting is advantageous, but not necessary.
