Your new role This newly created position will work closely with the Managing Director as a key member of a refreshed executive leadership team. As Finance Director, you will take full ownership of the organisation's financial strategy and performance, leading on forward planning, budgeting, and forecasting core finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the company's production and distribution operations, while also overseeing the effectiveness and evolution of all business systems. This is a genuinely broad and strategic role with significant influence across the organisation.
