Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the seamless operation of our commercial projects by managing administrative tasks, supporting our commercial team, and providing excellent customer service, contributing to our renewable energy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally, managing all communications for the commercial team.
* Project Administration: Create and maintain project files and documentation, ensuring records are current and accessible for surveyors.
* Team Support: Assist the Head of Commercial Operations and the Commercial Manager with tasks such as tender and bid writing, booking accommodations, and issuing Purchase Orders.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by resolving issues efficiently and assisting with reactive team tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and time-management skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. We value proactive, professional individuals who handle customer service confidently, pay close attention to detail, and can multitask effectively within a collaborative environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and within a team.
