Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You will act as second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager when necessary. Your primary goal is to drive your store's performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.
You will serve as a role model for your team and a true ambassador for Rituals. Supporting your Store Manager, you will help create a culture of trust through positive and constructive feedback. You will assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team. Additionally, you will coach team members to enhance engagement and help them reach their full potential, while also supporting the Store Manager with daily business activities.
Please note this role is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
