CVP (Customer Viewpoint) Vehicle Technician / Mechanic in St. Albans - £2,000 joining bonus *
Key Responsibilities
* Act as liaison between customers and the workshop, carrying out road tests, reviewing jobcards for information, asking for more information when required, and informing customers on progress.
* Complete or advise on more involved and complicated repairs, liaising with FORD technical support when assistance is required or pre-diagnosis completed.
* Ensure all jobs are completed within agreed time frames and that a high level of department productivity is maintained (minimum 50% productive, further incentivised by overall department productivity and the monthly customer satisfaction score).
* Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
* Adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications
* A successful track record within a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership environment.
* The capability to work within a highly successful team.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
