Business Development Representative (BDR) – Remote (UK-Based)
💸 Base Salary: £35,000–£40,000
🎯 OTE: £50,000–£55,000
🌍 Remote role with occasional travel across the UK & EU
Are you a self-driven B2B Business Development professional with a passion for building qualified pipelines and delivering results? We're seeking a proactive and experienced BDR to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across our services and software offerings.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Generating and qualifying leads through both outbound outreach and campaign-driven efforts
* Managing the full early-stage sales cycle: from lead source and value proposition alignment to needs discovery
* Targeting a mix of existing Salesforce users and net-new prospects
* Working closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver cross-solution pipelines (AOV £70k–£500k)
* Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
* Keeping CRM data (Salesforce) clean, actionable, and report-ready
* Occasionally traveling within the UK and EU to meet strategic prospects or attend events
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally across both services and software
✅ Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification processes
✅ Experience working in the UKI/US markets (Nordics/EU a plus)
✅ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and the wider Salesforce ecosystem (advantageous)
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Track record of independence, initiative, and continuous learning
✅ Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, High Tech, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), or Finance is a bonus
