Job Details:
* Regional Director - Education & Care
* Join a national organisation specialising in social care
* Lead a group of schools and colleges across the North West region
* Cover sites in Liverpool, Lancaster, and satellite sites in Blackpool, Ulverston, and Carlisle
* Line manage 1 Head Teacher and 1 Principal
* Report to the Divisional Director
* The Liverpool service is a preschool and primary education provision supporting children with ASD
* The Lancaster service and satellite sites support young people aged 16+ with SEMH, LD, and physical disabilities
* All services are OFSTED-regulated
* As Regional Director, ensure all services meet company and OFSTED standards
* The role offers location flexibility with work-from-home and office options
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract
* 40 hours per week
* Salary up to 80,000 + Car Allowance
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher
* Experience as a Head Teacher or Principal
* Experience working with ASD, SEMH, and LD
* Experience developing and opening services is desirable
