Priory Wellbeing Southampton are looking for a Deputy Practice Manager to join the team. This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week.
At Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton, we can provide fast access to flexible and convenient outpatient treatment. This includes treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also offer a dedicated child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS), to support young people. In addition, we can offer private autism assessments for adults and children.
What you\'ll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you\'re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. What you\'ll bring to the role
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. Previous experience with a clinical deputy background would be an advantage. The hours for the role will be dependant on the shifts discussed at interview. Some shift work that operates between the hours of Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 8pm.
