Temporary Sales Administrator
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Start Date: Monday 1st December
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Duration: 4 weeks
Pay: £13.19 per hour
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
* Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone or email to ensure seamless deliveries.
* Address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
* Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude over the phone or at reception, ensuring each interaction reflects dedication to service.
* Work closely with stock control, assist with invoice distribution, and contribute to the smooth operational flow.
Key Skills of an Administrator:
* Proven experience in customer service with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and interact effectively with customers and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and ensure accuracy.
* A can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt and support new processes.
