The Role
As Head of Commercial Real Estate, you’ll:
* Lead and inspire a talented team of lawyers and support staff.
* Manage and grow a high-quality caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, property finance, and asset management.
* Play a key role in business development, nurturing existing client relationships and building new ones.
* Collaborate with the Corporate & Commercial team on transactional matters.
* Influence the strategy and direction of the department — helping the firm continue its exciting evolution.
This is a leadership role with real scope: autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to help shape a modern, ambitious and people-first practice.
About You
You’ll likely have:
* 5+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
* Proven success managing clients, matters and/or people.
* Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills.
* Ambition, initiative, and a desire to make things happen.
* A pragmatic, commercial mindset and a collaborative approach.
