HR Business Partner - Surrey (Hybrid) - £48,000–£53,000
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, people focused environment. This role combines strategic input with hands-on HR delivery supporting leaders across the business to drive performance, build engagement, and strengthen talent practices. You'll also act as a key HR contact for a growing logistics team in the UK.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
* Use data and insights to improve engagement, performance, and culture
* Manage recruitment across a key function, from process to interviews
* Lead performance review cycles and support bonus/payroll coordination
* Handle employee relations issues (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies)
* Provide HR support for the UK logistics function
* Step in for the HR Manager when needed and support on wider projects
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in HR, ideally in a business partnering role
* Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations
* Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
* Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* CIPD qualification or working towards it preferred
