Needed for pick up from school, some support with homework, occasional meal prep and putting to bed. Some light housework would be helpful.
Typically 2.5 - 3 hours a day but will need more support during school holidays and (and rarely but) sometimes slightly longer during the day if both my wife and I are delayed at work.
