Working cross-functionally with senior leaders, you will:
* continually ensure that pricing decisions are accurate, competitive and anchored in robust model governance
* use your teams models and insights to drive commercial performance
* be instrumental in ensuring the firms pricing strategy stays ahead of the curve of market and industry trends.
What will I need?
* A deep understanding of pricing models, governance and commercial performance metrics
* experience of developing technical talent within specialist teams
* strong communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to translate complex information into clear outputs in order to make confident decisions
* motor pricing experience is also a must.
