Role Description - Small Business Commercial Insurance Broker This is a full time role as a Small Business Commercial Insurance Broker linked to our Motherwell office. The Commercial Insurance Broker will deal direct with customers and be responsible for looking after their insurance broking needs, customer service and account management. Qualifications Insurance Brokerage and Insurance skills Customer Service and Account Management skills Working knowledge of the Acturis system Experience in underwriting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities Knowledge of insurance products and regulations 5 years Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Certifications in insurance brokerage or related field is a plus
