The Role...
We are looking for F&B Attendants to join the team in The Capital Hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge in London.
We are looking for people that can:
* Show passion to deliver exceptional food quality and service
* Be a committed team player
* Balance personality, character and professionalism seamlessly
* Take accurate orders
* Deliver food and drink in a professional manner to the table
* Check back with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
* Communicate with customers to ensure any complaints are resolved satisfactorily
* Clear and relay tables and keep the restaurant areas looking pristine
* Can work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
* Show strong communication skills
More about You:
* You will have some experience of working in a restaurant or hotel
* Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
* Strong listening, speaking and communication skills
* Minimum one year experience in Food and Beverage
Salary and Contract...
We are able to offer numerous contract types, including a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week over 5 days and zero hour contracts. This role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings and weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.
