Behaviour Mentor 1:1 Tuition (Flexible Work)
Location: Dudley
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
The Role:
Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions in homes, libraries, or alternative provisions
Support students with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual needs and learning styles
Build positive relationships to help students develop confidence and resilience
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Possess UK classroom experience
Be creative, patient, and willing to think outside the box
Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils
Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
To Be Eligible for This Role, You Must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references
