Excellent pay – from £900 per week Guaranteed rest – 2 hours off every day plus a full 8-hour break each week Travel allowance – up to £100 per placement covered Meals included in many placements 24/7 support – you’ll never be left on your own; our office team is always just a phone call away Training & development – induction training (Care Certificate Level) plus the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care Career progression – clear routes to senior carer, trainer, or office-based roles Referral bonus – earn £500 for every friend you refer (T&Cs apply) Respect & privacy – you’ll always have your own room in placements Flexibility – choose assignment lengths that fit your lifestyle About the Role Every placement is unique, but your core responsibilities will include: Supporting clients with daily routines, including personal care, in a respectful and dignified way Preparing home-cooked meals tailored to clients’ preferences Administering medication safely and on time Offering companionship, reassurance, and a warm presence throughout the day (Optional) Delivering more complex care, such as PEG feeding or suction — with full training provided What Our Families Say “Mum’s carer is absolutely brilliant — we all love her already. Thank you so much.” — Daughter of a client About You We’d love to hear from you if you: Have at least 6 month’s live-in care experience (ideally, though we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and some care experience) Have the right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available) Have a good level of written and spoken English and excellent communication skills Hold a driving licence (desirable but not essential) Ready to Make a Difference?
