We are currently seeking Care Assistants/Support Workers to join our team of Complex Carers, to provide care for a young gentleman in his own home, to attend education, and to access the local community. (Driving license is essential for this role)

Salary and Benefits:
Excellent pay rates from £14.00 - £14.50 per hour for our complex care packages plus holiday pay and pension.
Weekly pay is provided every Friday, along with mileage reimbursement of £0.30p for vehicle drivers.

About the Role:
We are seeking individuals with 6 months experience in care or relevant personal experience, with a passion for supporting others to join our Complex Care team.
The successful candidate will be trained by our in-house trainer and nursing team to deliver high-quality care to our client.
Key responsibilities include peg feed management, epilepsy care, personal care, manual handling, and supporting all care needs while attending college and accessing the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6 months care experience or relevant experience in a support worker, education, or care role.
A strong desire to support others and make a positive difference in people's lives is essential.
You must be 18 or older and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
